Hello! My name is Seerat Pershad and I am pleased to be back in the Niagara Region and to be a member of the Daniel & Partners LLP team as an Associate!I was raised in Scarborough, Ontario and received my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2008 and my Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2011. I was called to bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2013.
I have had the privilege to be both a summer and articling student in St. Catharines in 2011 and 2012, and I was thrilled at the opportunity to return to the Niagara Region, a place which is now my home.
I have been a member of the Canadian Armed Forces Army Reserve since 2003 and I am currently an Officer with the Cadet Instructor Cadre. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the history of the Niagara Region and hiking in the wonderful Niagara Escarpment.
I look forward to working with the Daniel & Partners LLP team along with exploring my new home in the beautiful Niagara Region.
