Seerat PershadHello!  My name is Seerat Pershad and I am pleased to be back in the Niagara Region and to be a member of the Daniel & Partners LLP team as an Associate!
 
I was raised in Scarborough, Ontario and received my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2008 and my Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2011.  I was called to bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2013.
 
I have had the privilege to be both a summer and articling student in St. Catharines in 2011 and 2012, and I was thrilled at the opportunity to return to the Niagara Region, a place which is now my home.
 
I have been a member of the Canadian Armed Forces Army Reserve since 2003 and I am currently an Officer with the Cadet Instructor Cadre.  In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the history of the Niagara Region and hiking in the wonderful Niagara Escarpment.
 
I look forward to working with the Daniel & Partners LLP team along with exploring my new home in the beautiful Niagara Region.
