Sarah J. Draper’s area of practice includes civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, real estate, wills and estates and municipal law. She has experience before the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal, as well as before various administrative tribunals including the Ontario Municipal Board, the Normal Farm Practices Protection Board, and the Appeals Committee of the Ontario Hockey Federation and Hockey Canada.
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Sarah graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from McMaster University in 2004, and received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007. After completing her articles with Daniel & Partners LLP, she was called to the bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008 and returned to the firm as an associate. In 2011, Sarah completed her Master of Liberal Arts in Management at Harvard University, and in 2013 she joined the partnership.
In her spare time, Sarah competes on the Winter Club of St. Catharines’ adult synchronized skating team, and acts as a judge of the Niagara Regional Science and Engineering Fair. She also holds the position of President on the Board of Directors of the Lincoln County Law Association.
