On Thursday, January 11th, Alex Hobbs of Daniel & Partners leveraged his experience in international law to provide a lecture to law students from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Lincoln Alexander School of Law.
The presentation centered on the practical elements of international dispute settlement, including panel selection, dispute rules, and difficult decisions that parties engaging in international settlement of disputes will be confronted with. Several of the topic covered were pertinent to lawyers representing trade associations, stakeholders, governments, and foreign investors.
