Telling a Compelling Story

Sarah J. Draper, one of our partners, will be presenting at the Advocate’s Society’s “Telling a Compelling Story” seminar at the John Sopinka Courthouse in Hamilton, Ontario on March 7, 2017.   The event is part of the Courthouse Series and focuses on how to effectively use the narrative of a case to persuade the trier of fact.  Topics include:

• Previewing Your Story in Your Opening Statement;
• Eliciting Your Story Through Testimony and Exhibits; and
