I am Brianna Mayes a third year student in a combined six-year political science and Juris Doctor Program at the University of Ottawa. I am a life-long resident of Niagara, and graduated in 2012 from École Secondaire Catholique Jean-Vanier, Welland, ON. I decided to make the move to Ottawa for post-secondary studies in order to study law and politics in French in the hub of our nation’s capital. Having successfully completed my first year of the law school portion of my program, I am thrilled to receive this glorious opportunity to work with Daniel & Partners LLP this summer for a practical exposure in the workings of a law firm. I look forward to the invaluable learning opportunities to come and being able to kick-start my legal career.
