On Monday November 11th, the Welland County Law Association
is hosting the First Annual ‘Ralph Frayne Memorial Conference’, the theme of
which is “Anatomy of a Trial”.
Topics include:
- practical guidance on matters such as opening
and closing statements
- a discussion of the most recent case law on the
rule in Browne v. Dunn
- practical tips for trials – a panel discussion
by Justice Maddalena, Justice Martin, & Ashley Gibson

The event will run
from 9:00 am to 4:00pm. Registration
for this event costs $150.00. This
includes tax, a continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, & lunch.
