The Covid-19 Pandemic has impacted how many organizations, including Community Crew, have been able to provide support to the communities they aim to help.
Community Crew, which provides support and nutritious lunches to children throughout Niagara, set a goal of raising $30,000.00 to support their efforts during this difficult time.
Community Crew recently met and exceeded its fundraising goal. It was a donation from the Niagara Falls Minor Atom AA Flyers has put the fundraising campaign by Community Crew over the top of its goal!
The Flyers, coached by Brandon Boone of Daniel & Partners, decided as a team to donate the $400 that they would have spent on their end of season party to the Community Crew fundraiser.
We want to recognize and honour the kind and selfless act of these young athletes. Their generosity, and the generosity of all who have supported the Community Crew fundraiser, will help make a difference to children in need. Well done!
