My name is Gillian Belford, and I am ecstatic to return to Daniel & Partners LLP! I graduated from Western Law in June of 2024 and am now beginning my journey as an articling student.
I am a lifelong Niagara resident, currently living in Pelham. I graduated from Brock University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours). While at Western Law, I volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. Through Pro Bono Students Canada, I expanded my knowledge of employment law, an area of law that has always interested me.
I first joined Daniel & Partners LLP in 2023 as a summer student. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the firm and learning from the experienced legal team here. I look forward to articling and applying what I learned in law school to real-life situations.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. However, I especially enjoy spending time with my dog, Boris Goodman! Boris and I love exploring all of the beautiful hiking spots in Niagara. I also enjoy travelling and spent some time doing so between graduating and starting articling!
