As the Social Representative and the Continuing Legal Education Representative on the Lincoln County Law Association Board of Directors, Sarah J. Draper and Lauren M. Angle had the opportunity to organize the 7th Annual Mentoring Dinner at the Four Points Sheraton in Thorold on November 19, 2015. This year’s topic was “Ethical Issues in the Practice of Law”, and the program was accredited for four professionalism hours by the Law Society of Upper Canada for its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirement. The annual event is a great opportunity for young lawyers to gain valuable tips and advice from more experienced lawyers and members of the judiciary. If you would like to get involved in planning next year’s event, or if you would like more information about attending in 2016, please contact the LCLA.
