COVID-19

Daniel & Partners LLP is doing its part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.  The health of our staff, lawyers, clients and the community is paramount, and for that reason our office will be closed to the public starting at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2020. 

While closed to the public, rest assured that we are open for business, fully functional, and ready, willing and able to assist you.  Our firm is digital, our team is tech savvy, and we have implemented recommended best practices to do our part to hopefully plank the curve of COVID-19’s spread through the use of FaceTime, Skype, Zoom and other video and teleconferencing platforms, the use of electronic funds transfers and wires, and voicemail and fax to email systems. 

Given changes made by the Law Society of Ontario in its Corporate Statement re: COVID-19, we are able to eliminate the need for most in person meetings.  Meetings that must still be done in person by law, will occur in remote and frequently sanitized locations, by appointment only.
